Marguerite Tice, 103, passed away on November 27, 2006 in Kennewick. Marguerite moved to Washington from Vermont to be near her son Peter and his family. She resided at Hawthorne Court for the past 16 years. Prior to Marguerite?s move west, she lived and worked at Cortina Inn ski resort in Vermont. Marguerite loved her work and worked into her 80s. She loved people and attributed her long productive life to a ?Daily Rob Roy.? Marguerite is survived by her son Peter Tice and his wife Ann, grandchildren; Rae Graner, Peter Brosseau, Lee Marcotte, Meg Kinder, Robert Crawshaw and also seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband William, Sister Florence Walters, Brother John McCann, Step daughter Cleora Crawshaw. There will be a celebration of life for Marguerite on December 5, 2006 at Hawthorne Court in Kennewick, starting at 2:00 p.m. Memorials may be made in Marguerite?s name to Hawthorne Court Scholarship Fund. Mueller?s Tri-Cities Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
