Lucille Ruth (Jacobson) Noonan February 1, 1928 – January 18, 2022 Lucille Ruth (Jacobson) Noonan was born on February 1, 1928, in Veblen, South Dakota. She passed away peacefully on January 18, 2022. Ruth and her late husband, Robert E. Noonan came to Pasco in 1948 where she raised her family and resided ever since. Ruth was the oldest daughter in her family with three (3) brothers and three (3) sisters. She proudly was the first sibling to graduate high school in 1947 with two (2) of her sisters following. After moving to Pasco, she babysat her nephew and niece, and other neighbor's children who both worked full time. She also worked at the "Five and Dime" store and "Anthony's" in Pasco. Her greatest joy was babysitting her own sweet grandchildren. Ruth was predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Robert E. Noonan (married April 10, 1948), her parents, brothers, Andy Jacobson and Russ Jacobson, sister, Darlene Huckell, and their baby girl, Linda Mary, who was born premature whom she lost just short of 10 days after birth. She is survived by her sons, Terry and Gary Noonan, grandchildren, Brian Noonan, Nicole Noonan, Monica Noonan, and her great grandson, Hudson. Ruth will be greatly missed and was very loved. Ruth adored and loved so much her sons, grandchildren, and great grandson all of which she was so proud of. A private burial will be held per Ruth's request.
