Linwood R. Riggs, beloved brother and uncle, passed in Tri-Cities, Washington, January 31, 2022. "Roger" spent his growing up years in Cove City, North Carolina, and much of his adult life with his sister, Mary, and her family, spending many years in Perryton, Texas, and later Kennewick, Washington. He was a much-loved part of his sister's family, and will be laid to rest near her at Riverview Heights Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home.
