June Marie Russert, 56 of Kennewick passed away July 30 2006 in Spokane, Washington. She lived in the Tri Cities fro a majority of her life. June was born on January 30, 1950 in Pasco, Washington. She was a graduate of the class of 1968 at Kennewick High School. She was also a graduate of Columbia Basin College with a degree in Business and Administration. She spent most of her working life as an Accountant and Information Specialist, while working most recently at A&D Accounting in Kennewick. June met and married the love of her life, Larry Russert. They were married for 8 years before his death in 2002. June was a loving mother, family member, and friend. She enjoyed camping in the woods, watching the Seattle Mariners, and enjoying the company of her grandchildren. She was always a person who put family first and foremost. She put family first so much, that she spent the last several years working on ancestry research until all hours of the day and night. June was preceded in death by her husband, Larry, and Father Arnold Selby. She is survived by her mother Frances; brother, Gene; sister Anita ?Ween? and Carla; sons John and Jeff; daughters Kristen and Angie; grandsons, Jeremy, Brandon, Jordan, Conner, Bryce and Logan; granddaughters, Kaitlin and Jamie; great granddaughter, Kady. She is also survived by many other family and friends that she loved dearly, her brothers in law, Dorn and Pete; sister in law, Loretta; sister in laws, Marilyn and Silvia; many nephews, nieces, and cousins. June was ?one of a kind? and will be missed very much. She is truly someone that we all cared for and loved deeply. Viewing will be Thursday, August 3, 2006 from 3-8pm at Mueller?s Tri Cities Funeral Home Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, August 4, 2006 at Mueller?s Tri Cities Funeral Home 1401 S. Union St. Kennewick. Internment will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park and a reception to follow at City Church on 10th Ave. in Kennewick.
