Joy E. Shute April 21,1931-March 26, 2013 Born in Latah, WA to Aaron & Martha Litzenberger, She was the oldest of four children. She was born into a family who loved and served the Lord. She graduated from High school there and then moved to Spokane, WA, where she met her husband Laurel H. Shute. After marrying, they moved to Kennewick, WA, where they raised their only child, Melanie. Joy loved God, music, laughter, good food & family & friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. She is survived by her daughter Melanie Boehler (Rick), grandson Ricky Boehler (Ally), granddaughter Larissa Bailey (Terry), Greatgrandchildren: Kenisha, Angelina, Michael, Laurelie, Drake, Aiden & Landen. Sister Mona Guillot,brother Ken Litzenberger (Joan), Brothers-in-law Dean Shute,Ingvald Sunford, Jack Kidder & many loved nephews, nieces & friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Laurel, her dad/mom (Aaron & Martha), sister Lois Kidder, In-laws Laurel & Fran Shute, Jan Sunford, Jim Guillot, & Margaret Shute. Services on Saturday 4/6/13 at 10AM at City Church, Kennewick.
