Jon G. Blake lost his short battle with cancer on Monday, October 11, 2010. He was born March 19, 1968 in Seattle WA. He graduated from Sumner High School in 1987, enlisted in the National Guard in 1986 then entered the US Army in 1988 with an honorable discharge in 1992. He was employed with Swift Transportation at the time of his death. Jon married Diana Berry April 24, 2004 in Richland WA. They were blessed with a little girl; Ainsley in April of 2007 in Petaluma, CA. Jon was an active member of Richland Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Diana Blake; daughter, Ainsley Blake; mother, Ramona McGrath; brothers, Terry and Aron Hulse. He is also survived by his in-laws Keith and Helen Marie Berry and sisters in-law Kelly and Jill Berry. A graveside service will be held on October 16, 2010 at 10:00 am at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 1401 S. Union in Kennewick Washington.. A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 11:00 am at Richland Baptist Church, 1632 George Washington Way.
