Joe De Leon Rodriguez of Pasco, Washington passed away on January 25, 2014 at the age of 38 years old. Joe was born in San Antonio, Texas on January 1, 1976. Joe worked as a bartender/server for approximately 17 years and enjoyed having a smile while serving in his profession. Joe was also an artist and enjoyed painting and crafts. He also enjoyed cooking, preparing and presenting dishes as art. He enjoyed music, liberal arts and dressing and presenting his own style. He loved to live as a free spirit and enjoyed living and every moment as his last. Joe is survived by his Parrot "Jasper", his mother Rebecca Garcia De Leon, sister's Estella Rodriguez Nicacio, Jo Ann Rodriguez, brother Cruz De Leon Hernandez and brother-in-law Cruz G. Nicacio, also by 6 nephews and 9 nieces and also uncles, aunts and cousins from San Antonio, Texas and many more friends from the Tri-Cities and also Seattle, Washington. He is also preceded in death by his father Joe Martinez Rodriguez, grandfather Ramiro Guerra De Leon, grandmother Esther Garcia Garza and baby brother Santiago "Jimmy" De Leon Hernandez. The viewing will be on Thursday, January 30, 2014 from 1:00pm to 8:00pm and Friday, January 31 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm, on Friday a primary service will begin at 6:00pm. Dismissal service will be Saturday, February 1 at 1:00 at the funeral home with burial to follow at City View Cemetery.
