James Leonard Lipscomb
May 27,1928 – March 16th, 2023
Born in Battle Creek, Michigan. Lived and raised his family in Kennewick, Washington. Moved to Salem, Oregon to be closer to his son.
James is survived by his son Scott, grandchildren Brittni, Matthew, and Joseph, great grandchild Maddison.
James Lipscomb and Norma Jean Greger were married in 1955 and were together until 2020 when Norma Jean passed away (65 years together).
James was an Army veteran, Firemen on the Hanford Project, a handy man that could do almost anything and loved helping others with projects. He attended and was very involved for many years in the First Christian Church in Kennewick, Washington.
Norma Jean Lipscomb (Greger)
February 16th, 1933 – June 23rd, 2020
Born in Armour, South Dakota. Lived and raised her family in Kennewick, Washington. Moved to Salem, Oregon to be closer to her son.
Norma Jean is survived by her Husband James Lipscomb, her son Scott, grandchildren Brittni, Matthew, and Joseph, great grandchild Maddison.
Norma Jean Greger and James Lipscomb were married in 1955 and were together until Norma Jean's passing in 2020 (65 years together).
Norma Jean was a stay-at-home mom for most of her life. She was a great artist, incredible cook that loved to entertain groups. Her dining room table was always a work of art. She attended and was very involved for many years in the First Christian Church in Kennewick, Washington.
A graveside inurnment will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 1:00pm at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Kennewick
