Mrs. Helen Grace Talbot Husted of Auburndale, Florida died of Cardiac Arrest in Auburndale, Florida on January 20, 2008. She was 97 years of age. Born on May 8, 1910 in Galva, Illinois she married William B. Husted, a farmer, on February 3, 1929 in Galva. They moved to Kennewick, Washington in 1948 where Mr. Husted died in 1970. She moved from Kennewick to Norman, Oklahoma with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr & Mrs. Jack Edwards in 1991 and from Oklahoma to Auburndale, Florida with them in 2005. Out of 7 children, she is survived by 3; a daughter Martha Lois Edwards Auburndale and sons William H. Husted Las Vegas, NV & Loren E. Husted Olympia, WA. Deceased children are Benjamin A. Husted Kennewick, WA, Richard N. Husted Los Alamos, NM and Diane G. Spokane, WA. She is also survived by sister Doris Whitehouse Norman, OK; niece Joan Knudsen Norman, Ok; nephew John F. Talbot St. Stephens Island Seattle, WA; 5 daughters-in-law Elaine Grant, Marguerite Husted, Julia Husted, Denise Husted and Glenda Husted; 1 son-in-law David J. Jack Edwards; 15 grandchildren Robert Edwards Lakeland, FL, Rustin Edwards Auburndale, FL, Katherine Rath Grand Rapids, MI, Margaret Montano San Antonio, TX, Teresa Stahl Anchorage, AK, Linda McDonald Spokane, WA, Detra Swem Everett, WA, William F. Husted Kennewick, WA, David Husted Kennewick, WA, Belinda Haag Las Vegas, NV, Sandra Burke Rio Rancho, NM, Michael Husted Elgin, IL, Cheryl Johnston New York, NY, Deborah Johnston Las Vegas, NV, Charlene Keck Kennewick, WA; 25 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Friday, January 25, 2008, 2:00pm, at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union Street in Kennewick with viewing beginning at 1pm. Interment will take place at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, also in Kennewick.
