Galvin (Cal) Boicourt, died Feb. 16, 2017. He was born in White River, SD, May 17, 1929 to Luther and Lillian Boicourt. A graduate of both Upper Columbia Academy, Spangle, WA and Walla Walla College College Place, WA with a degree in chemistry. He also served in the Army until he left with a medical discharge. He was employed by the Welch Grape Juice Co. for 25 years and eventually as manager of the Grandview and Kennewick plants. He met and married Lucille (Lu) Caruana in 1959. Cal is preceded in death by wife, Lu, a sister Veryl Jackson, Maurice Boicourt. He is survived by six siblings: Max Boicourt, Lois Balmes, Shirley McDaniel. Lin Venden and Bonnie Knapp. A memorial service will be held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, at 7105 W 10th Kennewick, WA at 3:30, Sat. March 4, 2017.
