Flora Beverly Clevenger went to be with the Lord on September 22, 2008 while living with her daughter Karen in Kennewick, WA. She was born in Mankato, Minnesota to William and Vera Pierce on November 30, 1930, the youngest of five children. Flora and her family moved to Snohomish, Washington in 1942. She graduated from Snohomish High School in 1948. In 1950 she married the love of her life, Paul Clevenger; they were happily married for 53 years living in Glenoma, Wa. Flora enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was a regular at many Bingo games. She was an avid Mariner fan and rarely missed a televised game. She is survived by her sister, Hazel Knutsen of Everett; brother, William Pierce of Ridgecrest, CA; daughter, Karen Sanders Jim of Kennewick, son David Clevenger Cheryl Lynch of Seattle and son Michael Clevenger of Centralia. She is also survived by granddaughters, Stephanie Fox Jeremy and Lisa Sanders, Casey Killett Jim and Brandy Clevenger and grandson, David Clevenger. She is also survived by great-granddaughters Kylee and Ellie Fox who were a source of great joy and blessing for her while living in Kennewick. Flora was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Johnny and sister, Betty, and husband, Paul. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 27th at 1:00PM at Rainey Valley Cemetery in Glenoma, Washington.
