Eva Lorraine Howell Barrickman, age 88, of Kennewick Washington, went home to live with her Lord Jesus Christ on January 5, 2013, while surrounded by family and friends. She was born February 11, 1924, in Wilson NC, to Landon and Lydia Howell. Eva married James C. Barrickman on August 22, 1943. The two of them, along with their two small daughters moved to Kennewick in 1947. After retirement they traveled around in their RV touring the USA together. Eva is survived by her three daughters: Lydia "Fay" DiFalco, husband Nick, Barbara Ann McCambridge, husband James, and Lorraine Slatter Church, husband David. Grandchildren: Rodney McCambridge, Krystal Heidebrink, Dixie Jackson, Cheryl Long, Audra Church, and Ashley Willoughby. Great-grandchildren: Barbara-Sue, Dylan, Devin, Keira, Kaytlyn, Zackary, Aria, Blake, Teegan, and Kaden. Nephew Richard L. Barrickman, wife Sandy, and their children, special friends Hank and Nancy Sauer, and sister in law Gwen Howell. Eva was preceded in death by her husband James. Eva was a member of the Hillview Baptist Church in Kennewick. A life tribute to Eva will be held at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Stricklan presiding, on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at 11:00am. The family asked that in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to your local animal shelters in her name. We wish to thank all of her nursing care providers for their tender care.
