Ernest Rodgers Lee, Jr. beloved son, brother, and father, went home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2019. Ernest was born on May 30, 1950 in Mendenhall, Mississippi to the union of Ernest Lee and Celestine A. Rodgers. Ernest was baptized at Morning Star Missionary Baptist church in Pasco, Washington, at a very young age, under the leadership of Dr. F. A. Allen. Ernest enjoyed fishing, playing dominos, listening to his music, and visiting with friends. In addition, he spent quality time with his dogs. Ernest absolutely enjoyed life to the fullest, surrounding himself with the love of his family. Ernest leaves to treasure his memory, a daughter – Rashaune Cole and his son – Ernest Lee, III; Sisters, Mavis Lee, Ellen Lee; Darlene Tyler-Sanders (Art); Bezzette Travis (Carvin), and Jeanean Smith; grandchildren; great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and his dogs, Lady and Missy. Ernest was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Lee; mother, Celestine Annas Hill; and stepfather, Harry "Moses" Hill
