Elsie M. Parker passed away Friday, July 26, 2013. She was preceded in death by both parents and a sister Bonnie Witt. She leaves behind her brother Delbert Williams, and four children: Wanda Ratliff of Pasco, Jerry Stratton and wife Jewel of Brighton, CO, Gary Stratton and longtime friend Debra of Burbank, Tammie Dickens and husband Randy of Anderson, CA; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Elsie, being a waitress all of her life, she was able to touch the lives of everyone she met with her time at the Elks Lodge, Ida's Lunch Counter, and finally at Joey's in Pasco. She donated her time and talents making lap blankets for the Cancer Center. She was a Lifetime member of the Moose where she was loved by many. Elsie was a very giving and loving person who enjoyed working in her yard. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013, 5 to 8 p.m., at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union Street in Kennewick. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 31st, at 10 a.m., at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, adjacent to the funeral home. A celebration of life will follow at Moose Lodge at 2617 W. Sylvester, Pasco, WA.
