Eleanor Lois Weston

November 14, 1933 - March 29, 2022

Eleanor Weston was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 29, 2022 at the age of 88. She was born in Boson, Massachusetts on November 14, 1933 to Florence (Foss) and E. Leslie Jones. She grew up in West Roxbury, MA with her siblings Barbara, Helen, Marcia & Robert. She was married to David Weston on July 20, 1953. They resided in Dedham & Holbrook, MA prior to relocating to Kennewick, Washington in 1980. Eleanor was a wife and homemaker, raising 5 children. Moms main joy in life was being surrounded by her family. Mom was able to touch many lives with her talents in crocheting, knitting, embroidery and quilting. Eleanor and David had a passion for the youth and missions at South Hills church. She was an avid hockey fan and supported the Tri City Americans as an active member of their booster club. Using her crafting skills to create name banners to hang in the coliseum and scrapbooks for the players. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Barbara, son-in-law Mark Gintner and husband David. She is survived by her children Jon (Kate) Weston, Judy Gintner, Martha (Tim) Kelley, Susan (Joe) Towner and Nancy Weston. Grandchildren Jon (Janelle), Steven (Samantha) and Josh (Jennifer) Weston, Esther (Will) Irwin, Jeff, Ben (Kayla), James and Matthew Gintner, Jennifer (Jeff) Luce, Heather (James) Okarma, Erin (Pat) Herlihy, Tim Kelley, Brian (Kristy), Nathan (Kennlyn) and Jessica Towner. Also survived by her great grandchildren Brandon, Bryan, Alexandra, Anthony, Andru, Lucy, Maxwell and Nora Weston, Skyler, Kaylee, Aaron and Ian Gintner, Lindsay, Aaron and Andew Irwin, Leila Luce, Isabella Okarma, Rhianna Herlihy, Weston and Landon Towner. She is also survived by her siblings, Helen Von Schmidt, Marcia McCarthy and Robert Jones. A celebration of life will be held April 9, 2022 at South Hills Church, Kennewick at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to South Hills Church Philippines Mission Trip or Hospice House.
