Debra Fish, 50, passed away on October 6 in her home in Pasco after a courageous three year battle with ovarian cancer. She was born on May 24, 1959 to Earl and Deanna Louderback. She was the oldest of Earl and Deanna's five children. Debra graduated from Pasco High in 1977 and then attended Columbia Basin College. She worked at Grigg's Department store as a cashier and as a bank teller for People's Bank. While working at Grigg's the cute girl in the brown smock met Mike Fish whom she dated and later married in Kennewick on September 8, 1979. Debra and Mike welcomed their first child, a daughter who they named Kori, in June of 1982. Four years later Debra gave birth to the couple's second child, a son named Matt, in July of 1986. In 1990 Debra started working at Hanford as a Nuclear/Chemical operator. She was proud to work with a great bunch of people and took pride in the jobs she worked on. The summer of 2001 brought another "child" into Mike and Debra's family when their daughter, Kori, married Joe Crowther. A few years later Debra was blessed with a grandson, Colby. Early in 2009 she was able to be present for the birth of her second beautiful grandson, Sam. Debra found great joy in being a doting grandma and she was greatly loved by her grandchildren. Everyone who knew Debra loved and respected her. She lived a life without regrets. Her family takes comfort in knowing her pain is over and she can find peace in the presence of her Heavenly Father. Debra is survived by her parents Earl and Deanna Louderback. She is also survived by her loving husband of thirty years, Mike Fish; son Matt Fish; daughter and son-in-law Kori and Joe Crowther; and two grandsons, Colby and Sam. She also will be missed by her grandmother, Billie Carlson of Glendale, Arizona and her siblings: Trent Louderback; Cindy Louderback; Lance Louderback and his wife, Michelle; and Sara Horne. Debra also leaves behind her loving in-laws, Thomas and Ramona Fish, and sister-in-law Debbie Erickson and her husband Chris. Also left behind is her best friend Patty Emerson, who was like a sister to her. Her loss is also felt by many other friends and family. The family would like to give special thanks to the "Hanford family", Hospice at the Chaplaincy, and the Tri-Cities Cancer Center staff for all of their love and support. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Hospice at the Chaplaincy or the Cancer Center in Debra's name. Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located off Road 108 at 4305 Crescent Drive in Pasco, WA on Thursday, October 22nd at 6:30pm.
