Curtis Lee Wall was born on December 17, 1930, in Oak Grove, LA to Henry Curtis and Lela (Humphries) Wall. He moved to Washington State in 1945 and married his sweetheart, Betty J. Harmon on July 2, 1949. Together, they enjoyed boating, fishing, golfing, and bowling. They also enjoyed traveling and went to Australia and New Zealand. Curtis owned and raced car #58. He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for L W Vail and Neil F Lampson before retiring in 1993. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers AFL-CIO and Pasco Moose Lodge #482. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty, son Michael J (Mike) & Chrys, and daughter in law Debbie. Grandchildren, Leigh Maxwell, Lance Wall, Nani (Phil) Wall, Joanna (Richard) Cooper, Mike (Kristina) Wall, Jr. Great grandchildren, Emily Wall and Brenden Cooper, and his brother, George (Janet) Wall, and sister Pat (Dave) Caputo. Curtis is preceded in death by his parents, son, Russell L (Russ) Wall, sisters Ethel Strain, Alene Fruehling, and brother Walter Wall. He is being laid to rest next to his in laws at Desert Lawn Memorial Park. Services will be held at a later date.
