Obituary

Clifton "Clif" Doffes Baugh went to heaven October 30, 2016. He was born February 22, 1929 in Clinton, Arkansas. He was the first born of seven children to Bedford and Ida Baugh. At the age of 17 the "Baugh Family" moved to Washington State, driving a flatbed truck with side boards and canvas cover. Mom, Grandma, and kids riding in the back. Clif resided in Walla Walla for many years. He was a Master carpenter in construction and a "jack" of all trades. As a young man, he served in the Army during the Korean War. He was the only blacksmith in his Unit. He is survived by four brothers: Van, Elson, Jim, and John, two sisters: Betty Jenkins and Sue Dougherty, plus many nieces, nephews, and lots of cousins. Graveside services will be held at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 1401 S. Union Street, Kennewick, WA, 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 3rd. Following the service there will be a reception for family and friends at Jim Baugh's house. 4508 W. Sylvester St., Pasco.
