    Charles Lee Hull

    January 29, 1934 - November 4, 2021

    Charles "Chuck" Lee Hull of Kennewick passed away on November 4, 2021 at the age of 87. He was born in Coeur d'Alene, ID on January 29, 1934 to father, Charles "Ed" Hull and mother, Edna Ruth Smith. Charles attended Kennewick High School, class of 1952 and served in the Air Force as an Airman 1st Class from 1951 to 1955. He worked for Case International for the majority of his career as a mechanic, service manager, and salesman. After his retirement he spent his fondest hours tending his garden and mowing lawns. He will be remembered by all that had the privilege to know him as a gentle natured, soft spoken, servant of the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his sister Leona Phillips and brother, Phillip Nelson. Charles was married to Joyce Stone Reidt in April 1987 who survives him. He is also survived by his siblings Ralph Hull of West Plains, MO, Betty Lamborn and Shirley Boschee of Kennewick, his daughters, Cheryl Lawson, husband Roger and Sherri Richardson of Kennewick and sons, Mike Reidt of Kennewick and Jared Reidt, wife Amy of Hayden, ID as well as 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Charles was a member of the Kennewick Church of the Nazarene since 1980 where he served on the board and helped to maintain the grounds and buildings. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast acquiring his first bike at the age of 15. He was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association since 1990 and rode his motorcycle to all but four states. On one of his last big trips, he rode through several provinces in Canada on his way to Alaska. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Desert Lawn Memorial Park on Union and 10th in Kennewick with a memorial service immediately following at the Kennewick Church of the Nazarene. The family asks that remembrances be made to the Tri-Cities Chaplaincy Hospice or Kennewick Church of the Nazarene in lieu of sending flowers.
