Our loving patriarch, husband, father and grandfather, Bruce P. Gentry, passed away on October 9th 2018 in Richland one month shy of his 89th birthday. He was born in Vancouver Washington on 11-8-29 to Percy and Mary Gentry. As a kid he bounced place to place from west to east in Washington as his father was transferred as an electrician for Delmonte canneries. He was a military veteran and served from 1948 until 1970. Bruce and Margaret started 4 businesses in the tri-city area in the 1970s and 1980s and were very well known in the community. The businesses were Bruce's Seafood, Bruce's steak and lobster house, Bruce's deli and Gentrys Lindsey water conditioning. He is survived by 2 sons, Kevin and Keith and their wives, 9 grandkids and 16 great grandkids. He was preceded in death by wife Margaret, sister Lois and daughter Dianne. He will be greatly missed and he will no longer be teased for the way he pronounces aluminium. We love you. Services are 10-20-18 at 1:00 pm at Mueller's Tri Cities Funeral home 1401 S.
