Brad Lee Dodson, age 58, was called to Heaven on November 16, 2016. He was born December 16, 1957 in Pasco, Washington. Brad was raised on his family's farm in north Pasco. He graduated from Pasco High School in 1976. Brad attended Washington State University and was a member of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Ag Mechanization. After graduation Brad married his high school sweetheart, Nancy Madison, and they began their family. Brad fulfilled his life-long passion for farming and agriculture in the area of farm management, growing a variety of crops. He had a love for farming and was a natural born farmer. Brad's career ended working for Gourmet Trading Company growing asparagus. Some of Brad's hobbies included hunting, boating, snow skiing, hiking and attending car races. He was also an enthusiastic WSU Cougar fan and enjoyed watching the Cougs play football. Brad also had many fond memories camping and spending time with his family at Wallowa Lake, Oregon. Brad was a loving husband, father, and Papa. His legacy will live on in our hearts forever. Brad is survived by his wife Nancy; children Kayla (Scott) Dodson-Swenson and Brady (Megan) Dodson; grandchildren Ty and Grady Swenson; sisters Debra Gilton and Robin Wadsworth; and many other loving family members. Brad is preceded in death by his parents Delbert "Bud" and Jacqueline Dodson; brothers Dwight and Duane Dodson. A viewing will be held on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 3:00-6:00 p.m., followed by a Rosary Vigil from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home in Pasco. A Funeral Mass to celebrate Brad's life will be Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Pasco. Interment will follow at City View Cemetery in Pasco. Reception to follow in Dillon Hall at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Kennewick.
