Bou Phongphouvanh, 92 of Kennewick, passed away in Richland, Washington on Thursday, October 15, 2015. He was born in Ban Deun, Laos on May 5, 1923 to Khamphou and Phong Phongphouvanh. Viewing will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, October 18th, 1:00 p.m., also at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home with an additional viewing beginning at 12:00 p.m.
