Billie Jo Wattenburger was born on August 8, 1966, in Silver City, New Mexico.  She grew up mainly in Clarkston, WA, Lewiston, ID area and moved to Tri-Cities as a teenager.  Billie, 56 passed on November 21, 2022, in Kennewick, Washington with family by her side.

Billie was a talented hair cosmetologist and was well known for her expertise in the Tri-Cities area. While she had rented booths at several hair salons over the 25 years of her career, as well as managing her own business, Mirror Images, her last business, A 'Lil B.S. was her longest place of business and the one she retired from in 2012.  She was also an amazing cook and loved to spend her free time in the kitchen perfecting her skills. Billie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Terry Wattenburger just 2 short years prior.  Billie was survived by her daughter, Ashley, son in law Aaron Bateman and three grandchildren, Audrey, Ava & Alexander, her brothers, Bobby and Joe and sisters, Tracy, Kim and Ramona and her dad, Robert VanAllen.

Her Celebration of Life Open House will be held on Sunday January 8, 2023, 11am-1pm at Ven-YOU Event Space located at 5453 Ridgeline Dr Suite #150 in Kennewick. Food & refreshments will be provided.
