Beverly Ann Ward, age 81, of Kennewick, joined her husband, Donald, and daughter, Laurie Hintz, in heaven on June 8, 2018, after a long battle with dementia. Beverly was born to Carl and Eleanor Crawford on October 15, 1936, in Indio, California. The family moved to Prosser, Washington, where she graduated from high school. Beverly married Donald Ward and in 1961 they moved to Kennewick, where Beverly lived the remainder of her life. After raising her children, Beverly worked at the Hanford site mail department, eventually as the manager, until her retirement in 1995. Beverly is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and daughter. She is survived by her son, Bob Ward (Tamme); grandsons, Kyle Hintz (Rebecca), Matt Ward, and Shane Ward; great-granddaughter, Madelyn Ward; brothers Russell Crawford and Bruce Crawford (Yvonne). A special thank you to the staff at Brookdale Torbett and Heartlinks Hospice for taking great care of Mom. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 2:00pm at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
