Alma H. Winkle was peacefully called home to her Savior on May 9, 2012, her 93rd birthday. She has been a resident of Kennewick for 65 years. She had worked at GE Hanford as a Blueprint Copier and Editor. In retirement, she enjoyed cooking, music, her faith, and family, especially spoiling grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and then her great-great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, of 71 years, Monta Winkle, her grandson, Rick Kirby, and her granddaughter, Tami Olsen. She is survived by her daughters Lavena Brown Bonnie Lake, WA and Phyllis Jones Newport, OR, 4 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. The funeral will be May 18, 2012 at 11:00a.m. at Mueller's Chapel of the Falls with a graveside service to follow at Riverview Heights Cemetery.
