Adam was called home on February 9, 2013. He died very peacefully, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Blythe Lennick, and family Dennis and Jamie Lennick, Linda and John Sheehan, Kennewick, WA; and Victoria Webber, Spokane, WA; six grandchildren, Whitney (Kelly) Sheehan, Courtney Sheehan, Kennewick, WA, Mathew (Tam) Lennick, Battleground, WA, Amanda Lennick, Everett, WA, Brandon Webber and Zachery Webber, Spokane, WA. The absolute joys of his life were his two great-grandchildren Kendrick Sheehan and Elijah Lennick. Adam was born in Hebron, North Dakota on March 18, 1930 to Edward and Elizabeth Lennick. His family moved to Billings, Montana in the 1930's. Adam joined the Naval Reserves from 1947 to 1952. He met the love of his life and promised her the next 60 years of his in 1950; he gave her 62. Adam and Blythe moved from Billings, MT and finally settled in Kalispell, MT to raise their family. The moved to Kennewick, WA in 1976, where he worked as a General Carpenter Foreman for Bechtel Inc. until his retirement in 1985. Adam loved being a carpenter and was a good standing member of the Carpenter Union for 45 years. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, brother George; sisters Edna Schultz and Viola Ewen. His memories will remain in the hearts of his remaining brothers Delbert and Donna Lennick, Roger and Tootie Lennick, Vernon and Pat Lennick, Eugene and Mike Lennick, Larry and Teresa Lennick; sisters Addie Lengyel, Virginia and Marvin Maust, and Betty Ann and Bradley Voise. Adam was a very compassionate and caring man. There was nothing he would not have done for his family. He will be sorely missed as we have lost a husband, father, grandfather and brother. Friends and family are invited to join a "Celebration of Life" for Adam on Saturday, February 23rd, at 1529 Columbia Park Trail, Island View Club House, Richland, Washington from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
